Dandylion fluffies

Hi My Baby Boy,
Do you feel it too? Since your Daddy and I released some of your ashes, I feel more free. I think that is your spirit flying around me saying Thank You. Now I feel like you are enjoying the outdoors, and feel the healing powers of Nature. Everytime I am outside now I can feel you when I look at the trees and flowers. Thank you to your Daddy, for knowing me, and the perfect time and place for you... I love you to the moon and back Mr. Twinkle Toes. I always miss you, but feel closer to you now.
Love Momma

Dear Joe and Karen ...
Your capacity to love is breathtaking. Keep loving one another as you do Jack.

Karen, it was wonderful meeting you on Saturday in Orillia, also. Thank you so much for coming by the booth. You asked me about meditation. Here goes ...

I started with TM (Transcendental Meditation) back in the last 60s.
It's a wonderful and simple technique to do. In fact, most of them are extremely similar.
The mantra that Vessie uses is a real Sanskrit mantra. All you need to do is ... create a sacred place in your home. A little corner somewhere, designated for "quiet time." Simply sit comfortably in a chair, hands gently on your lap,
feet flat on the floor ... you might want to take the phone off the hook so that nothing will jolt you. Always meditate before you eat or at least 2 hours after you eat. Allow your eyes to close gently, take at least 3 slow deep breaths and silently repeat the mantra, easily ... softly.
When a thought comes in, let it come and go and then go back to the mantra. Continue this for 20 minutes. Then, gently open your eyes. Don't get up suddenly. Take your time. You'll really feel a lovely positive effect when you meditate regularly in the morning and then in the evening before dinner. Usually, later in the evening, it's easy to fall asleep. Although ... if you are not sleeping well ... you might want to try it at bedtime.

There are many types of meditations including guided meditations on tape. It may be a matter of trying different ones and seeing which "fits." You'll know because you'll just feel BETTER as a result. If you haven't asked her already, you might want to ask Dale to recommend a tape.

I so adored my mother. She was my best friend, and it took me many years to heal my heart after she passed. Now she comes to me sometimes when I sleep, and it's such a wonderful happy experience. It feels as real as anything else.

Thank you for inviting me to come and visit your beautiful blog.

If you do start meditating, let me know how it's going. And, thank you for your lovely feedback about Vessie. She was an absolute joy to write.

Blessings!

Jerelyn
P.S. You might want to check out "Self Realization Fellowship" online. I also did their lessons years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. They are the teachings of guru Paramahansa Yogananda. A wonderful book to read is: "Autobiography of a Yogi," which he authored.
It was THAT book that I read when I was in my early 20s that stated that certain yoga masters could teleport. They didn't call it that, but described it as such. Quite a wonderfully colorful, fun, and inspiring book. And by the way ...
the fun of the Self Realization Fellowship lessons is that they come to you in the mail once every two weeks, and they're extremely inexpensive to receive. His teachings are beautiful.
